Transformational coaching training
Modules 4–6 are part of the Gold Performance Coach Certification pathway. They deepen the core coaching skills developed through the Silver Plan. Participants partner in thought-provoking and creative processes to maximize personal and professional potential. By understanding the neuroscience of human change and its application within coaching practice, participants learn how to fully engage the potential and wisdom of their team through collaboration instead of feeling constantly pressurized to provide all the answers.
Including dynamic interactive learning and observed coaching practice, it has been proven to facilitate extraordinary results for both individuals and their organizations.
The three advanced coaching modules are geared towards developing deep coaching skills:

Module 5 Self-Transformation is focused on personal development needed for authentic coaching and is one of Gita Bellin’s behavioural transformation programs.

Module 4: Coaching for Transformation
This module explores several key principles of neuroscience and how they give clear indicators about how to coach effectively to gain sustainable results. The training introduces four coaching for transformative change methods that aim to deepen your experience and facility with the coaching pathway. Some of the topics you’ll cover on the program include:
- victim mindsets
- perspective coaching for powerful choices
- forging new circuits in the brain
- working with the inner critic
- power of attention density
- embodiment perspective
Module 5: Self-Transformation
This module, based on the work of Gita Bellin, offers self-transformational practices for leaders and coaches to develop maximum performance serving individuals and organizations. The purpose of this module is for leaders and coaches to cultivate presence, authenticity and awareness. This module is also Stage 1 of Gita Bellin’s three-stage behavioural transformation programs for leaders.
Module 6: Advanced Transformational Coaching
This module brings into focus four themes of advanced coaching that inform coaching no matter the topic or circumstances. These are Transformation, Presence, Inspiration and Direct Communication. Through these four themes you’ll cover:
- change models
- cultivating coaching presence
- uncovering vision and purpose
- integration of coaching skills
- overcoming resistance
- the power of pause
Participants are provided with coaching practice assignments and an 80-page Advanced Coaching Skills manual.
You will receive a Certificate of Completion on successful completion of all elements of the Gold Plan:
- Coaching for Performance Modules 1–6
- Mentor Coaching
- Performance Evaluation
Performance Coach Awards – Gold
This is a unique “double crown” certification pathway. So, once you have completed 500 hours of coaching practice you will receive your Performance Coach – Gold credential. And you can apply to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential via their Level 1 path or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential via their Portfolio route.
Coaching for Transformation is also aligned with the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) so that you can use the training to apply for their accreditations. Please note that each coaching body has its own requirements and application fees.

What are the steps to become a coach or leader-coach?
The Transformational Leader Pathway is a three-level program for leaders who want to enable extraordinary results. Participants include board members, senior executives, managers and people leaders generally. In 6 months you will transform your thinking about leadership and how you lead.
Performance Coach Certification is for people who want to specialize in 1:1 leadership coaching and gain a qualification as a professional coach with the International Coaching Federation. We will walk beside you on your coaching journey as you develop transformational coaching skills that will make a real difference in the world.

Eight in-person training days followed by three virtual workshops run by senior qualified coaches. Practical assignments are also given to participants to improve their coaching skills.

Learning is supported by the course booklet, practice assignments, follow-up workshops and an online learning hub which includes video demos, exercises and worksheets.
You will join a group of international peers from diverse backgrounds and industry sectors.
On fulfilment of the requirements, you will receive a double crown accreditation as an ACC, PCC or MCC Performance Coach depending on the program you choose. You will be accredited as a Performance Coach by the pioneers of the global coaching industry and receive your Silver, Gold or Platinum Award respectively as Associate, Professional or Master Certified Coach respectively by the International Coach Federation.
Yes, all of our training is counted as “coach specific training” and so you can use our training to add the hours that you need and apply via the ICF Portfolio pathway.
Yes, our training is ICF aligned so hours count as CCEs. If you are an ACC, consider starting at Module 2. If you are a PCC or MCC, consider starting at Module 4.
