What are the pre-requisites for this programme?

You are a manager/leader or you wish to become a manager/leader; there are no other pre-requisites. We ask all participants to come with a “beginner’s mind”, open to a new way of thinking and willing to let go of old ways of doing things.

What are the different ways to do the programme? 

There are three ways to do the programme:
